Smoke control facilities are designed to secure the safety of evacuees from harmful smoke generated during a fire.
This is achieved by pressurizing vestibules with fresh external air, allowing occupants to evacuate quickly and safely
while preventing the infiltration of hazardous smoke.
When the smoke control system is activated, if the pressure inside the vestibule is higher than the external pressure,
it can make it difficult to open entry doors due to the internal pressure, posing a risk during evacuation. On the other hand,
if the pressure inside the vestibule is lower than the external pressure, harmful smoke can enter the vestibule when the entry doors are opened.
Therefore, maintaining the internal pressure of the vestibule at an appropriate level is crucial for the effective operation of smoke control facilities.
The fan speed control system innovatively controls the motor rotation speed of the fan using an inverter, efficiently regulating the airflow to maintain the internal pressure of the vestibule at an optimal level.
This technology is essential for the core functionality of smoke control facilities.

Features of the Variable Air Volume Control System
- Introduction of Wall-Mounted Panels
- Product Miniaturization : The panels and Differential Pressure Transmission Units (DPT) of the Variable Air Volume Control System have been miniaturized by more than 41% and 60%, respectively, compared to our previous models.
- In-House Production Line and Research Center
- Possession of an in-house production line and research center at the Dongducheon branch (factory and research center) ensures thorough internal inspections and shipment from production to on-site delivery.
- Specialized researchers conduct on-site visits to review designs and provide technical support for various issues in the field.
- Application of DELTA Company's Inverter & PCBization of Relay Boards : Adoption of DELTA Company's inverters,
internationally certified for performance by CE, UL, TUV, ensuring transparent reliability in performance.
PCBization of relay boards overcomes frequent relay errors, enabling stable smoke control performance.
